Sumario:This work introduces the findings of a research that was aimed at inquiring into reproduction of gender inequalities within a specific migratory and labor context. Particularly, the research focused on Bolivian migrant couples who became male and female horticultural workers once in destination (in the Province of Salta, in the northwest of Argentina). According to this research objective, a qualitative methodology was carried out and an ethnographic strategy was used.
