| Sumario: | The “jundiá” (Rhamdia quelen) it is native specie of the Southern Brazil, that present fast growth, rusticity, meat of good flavor and great potential for intensive fish farming. This study aimed verify the use of fish hydrolysates and broilers liver on the jundiá’s larvae rearing. Two experiments were accomplished; being used 3200 larvae in each. In the first experiment it was tested four diets containing sugar canne yeast and bovine or broilers livers. The treatment composed by raw broiler liver resulted in higher values of total length, standard weight, product weight versus survival and specific growth rate. In the second experiment the two better treatments of the previous experiment were tested comparing them with foods prepared with fish hydrolysates and broiler liver, in substitution to the liver. The highest survival rates were found in the foods to the base of bovine and broilers liver. In the other parameters, as in the first experiment, the results of the prepared food to the base of broiler’s liver were highest significantly to the others treatments. |
