| Sumario: | This article addresses some common lines of what can be considered the emergence of a recent Argentine gay literature. Based on conceptual elaborations around success and failure in relation to current heterocapitalism, two recently published texts are analyzed: Diario de una marica mala (2019) by Ulises Rojas and El cuerpo marica (2021) by Facundo Saxe. Both give an account of an experience that is neither programmatic nor follows the guidelines of political correctness, but, from an enunciative negativity, they give an account of the tensions and contradictions of queer identity as an area of enormous transformative power. This way, they install a negative dimension of sexual dissidence that escapes from the logic of achievements in capitalist terms, but also from the production of a better world, assimilation, tolerance and the imperatives of the good citizen. |
