A note on dark solitons in Nonlinear Complex Ginzburg-Landau equations

We analyze the existence of dark solitons in nonlinear complex Ginzburg-Landau equations. We prove existence results concerned with the initialvalue problem for these equations in Zhidkov spaces using a new approach withsplitting methods.
