El trabajo presenta una matriz para analizar la construcción del paisaje como un particular objeto de regulación dentro del campo legal argentino. Atento que en el país no existe una ley general del paisaje, se analizan las fuentes jurídicas a partir de los aspectos materiales/conceptuales y los técnicos/instrumentales a fin de dilucidar la conceptualización jurídica del paisaje. Asimismo se aportan ejemplos de su aplicación en la legislación y en la jurisprudencia de Argentina.The landscape is made up of a set of assets and values that transcend the purely cultural or natural and are combined in the confluence of both elements. This hybridity entails difficulties both at the point prior to its regulation, i.e., in the legal conception of landscape, and at the moment of its governance. The paper presents a matrix to analyze the construction of landscape as a particular object of regulation in Argentina. Since there is no general landscape law in the country, the legal sources are analyzed from the material/conceptual and technical/instrumental aspects in order to elucidate the legal conceptualization of landscape.
