En este artículo se analizan los testimonios de los residentes de conjuntos urbanos, ex habitantes de la Villa 31, acerca de la experiencia de relocalización en el marco de gobiernos autoritarios en los años 70´ y de habitar en un conjunto urbano. La problemática se enmarca en el campo de los estudios urbanos y de memoria colectiva y se opta por la estrategia metodológica de tipo cualitativa.A la ciutat de Buenos Aires assistim a recurrents maneres d'expressió pública del conflicte. L'existència de zones d'assentaments informals, entre d’altres formes d’expressió i protesta, han fet public un tema sense resoldre: la qüestió de l'accés a l'habitatge digne, en el marc del compliment del dret a la ciutat. En aquest article s'analitzen els testimoniatges dels residents de conjunts urbans, ex habitants de la Vila 31, sobre l'experiència de relocalización en el marc de governs autoritaris en els anys 70´ i d'habitar en un conjunt urbà. La problemàtica s'emmarca en el camp dels estudis urbans i de memòria col·lectiva i s'opta per l'estratègia metodològica de tipus qualitativa.In Buenos Aires city we attend to recurrent ways of public expression about conflict on urban order. The existence of wide zones of informal establishments has shown many unresolved subjects: the problem about the access to decent housing, within the scheme of the fulfillment of living the city. In this article the testimonies of the residents of urban sets, ex- inhabitants of Villa 31, are analyzed about the experience of relocalization of them within the project of authoritarian governments in ´70 and living in urban sets.
