Facile glycoenzyme wiring to electrode supports by redox-active biosupramolecular glue
It has to be glue! The use of redox-active concanavalinA as a bifunctional building block enables the recognition-directed assembly of HRP layers on bioelectronic platforms and the communication of the prosthetic group of the enzyme to the electrode surface (see figure).
