The different methods are evaluated and compared. From [η] measurements are determined the molecular weight (MV) and hydrodynamic radius (RH), with values of 1060 Kg/mol and 24 nm, respectively. This polysaccharide acquires a random coil conformation with Mark-Houwink parameters of a=0.5507 and k=0.0225 cm3/g.
