Participaron del estudio 430 sujetos que residían en la ciudad de Buenos Aires (n= 226 mujeres y n= 204 varones). Se utilizaron los instrumentos: la escala de tres rutas de acceso al bienestar (ERBIEN), la escala de Satisfacción con la Vida (SWLS), el Cuestionario de Sentido en la Vida, el Personal Well-being Index (PWI) y el Inventario de Virtudes y Fortalezas (IVIF). Los resultados permitieron identificar que la vida placentera y la vida con significado eran las rutas preferidas para el acceso a una vida plena. Sin embargo, la satisfacción con la vida está más relacionadas con el bienestar eudamónico que con el hedónico.This study aimed to design and validate an instrument to assess the three routes of access to the cognitive aspect of well-being in order to determine the contribution of each of the routes to the explanation of life satisfaction. Additionally, relations were established between hedonic and eudemonic well-being. 430 participants were included in this study, residing in the city of Buenos Aires (n = 226 Women n = 204 men). Instruments used: the scale of three routes of access to welfare (ERBIEN), the scale of Satisfaction with Life (SWLS), the Questionnaire of Meaning in Life, Personal Well-being Index (PWI) and the Inventory of Virtues and Strengths (IVIF). The results helped identify that pleasant life and meaningful life were the preferred routes for access to a fulfilling life.
