A new species of Solanum subgen. Leptostemonum (Solanaceae) from Argentina
Solanum homalospermum (Solanum subgen. Leptostemonum) is described and illustrated from central Argentina.Solanum homalospermum is characterized by having heteromorphic gynoecia, strongly flattened seeds, unequal anthers, and gemmiferous roots.
