Descripción
Sumario:The natural distribution of Cistanthe celosioides and Cistanthe salsoloides in Chile extends from the north to the center of the country (from Tarpacá to Coquimbo). In Argentina, these species are much more confined to the Andean deserts of Salta and San Juan provinces. At the sites where both species coexist, it is very easy to confuse them at a distance, so we found it interesting to compare them in this article.
