Sumario:he aim of(Optimización estadística de la fermentación etanólica de Saccharomyces sun drying and traditional pickling this study was to evaluate the effect of two conservation methods: cerevisiae en presencia de on the physicochemical quality, NaA) zeolita Valfor® zeolite composition and antioxidant capacity of phenolic compounds and capsaicinoids of wild chiltepin (Capsicum annuum L. var. glabriusculum).
