| Sumario: | The aim of the doctoral thesis entitled "The insurer subrogation in insurance land transport of goods by road" is the study of the authentication of the insurance company, insurance-goods transport by road, in order to exercise an action for damages against the person causing the damage, which is insured by the insurance company. The doctoral thesis is divided into five chapters which deal with the difficulties in the implementation of the subrogation of the insurer, when it is an insurance land transport of goods. These difficulties are due mainly to the confusion in practice between the insurer's liability insurance carrier of the goods and the transport of goods. Thus the importance of distinguishing both types of insurance in identifying the third party against whom to direct the action the insurer of transport. |
