Descripción
Sumario:This article will address the phenomenon of the anti-Franco guerrilla from two perspectives. On the one hand, that of gender, focusing on the women who collaborated in one way or another with the anti-Franco guerrilla, and on the other, from the point of view of repression, showing the violence that the regime exerted on the women whom prosecuted through military courts for crimes related toarmed resistance. In order to do so, the province of Albacete will be used as the framework for the analysis and the guerrilla group that acted in it. As sources, mainly the military documentation that prosecuted different womenwill be used. But among all those prosecuted for collaborating with the guerrillas, we will focus on a specific phenomenon: those who were imprisoned for reasons that were within the private sphere and for acting as the regimeexpected of them: being good mothers, wives, and daughters.
