Sumario:There are many problems the construction sector brings with it, they can be internal because they affect the organization or external that affect the environment. In this way it is of great interest to solve them, that's the reason why many companies have been innovating their management with new plans, models, and working methods. These methods are mainly based on the production systems or approaches that many countries include in the regulations to apply them. Construcía is one of the companies that accept the challenge of change. It has recently created a new work methodology called Lean2Cradle®️ (L2C®️), focused on the circular economy. L2C®️ proposes strategies aligned with the thoughts of Lean Construction (LC) and Cradle to Cradle ™️ (C2C); the first to eliminate and reduce everything that does not add value to the activities in the execution phase; and the second as a model for the design of materials and products, which aims to be reused at the end of their life cycle, avoiding their disposal by landfill. In Construcía the need arose to measure and evaluate the implementation of L2C®️ in their projects, for which they developed a guide called L2C Scorecard. This guide establishes indicators to measure different aspects of the project in the first phases of the life cycle: initiation, design, and execution; and then obtain an L2C®️ classification according to certain parameters. However, it has not yet established indicators for the use and deconstruction phases. Therefore, the objective of this work is to propose indicators for these phases based on the principles of L2C®️. Based on an analysis of the current situation of the application of LC in the study phases and also how the construction sector is acquiring the circular economy approach; 30 indicators were identified to be measured and evaluated in certain periods. Then, to demonstrate the application of the proposal, a case study was conducted. In this case, the indicators were measured based on real and hypothetical data, to finally obtain the L2C®️ classification. As a final part of this work, the results of the indicators applied to the case study were analyzed and through their L2C®️ classification it was possible to demonstrate the value of these indicators in the L2C®️ evaluation. Likewise, to complement this demonstration, all the indicators were interpreted and analyzed to show the importance of their use within the L2C Scorecard guide.
