Phase portraits of two classes of Liénard equations
In this paper, we classify the phase portraits in the Poincaré disc of the Liénard equation x¨ + f(x) x˙ + g(x) = 0, with either f(x) = 0 and g(x) is a quadratic or cubic polynomial, or f(x) is a quadratic or cubic polynomial and g(x) = 0.
