Liquid pixel based on electrowetting on dielectric

In this thesis, a millimeter-scale liquid pixel based on EWOD and intended for optics applications is theoretically studied, fabricated in a clean room using standard microtechnology processes, and tested in the laboratory to assess its controllability.
