| Sumario: | The sudden death of Esteve Bassa has led to the transfer of the Zygaenidae that were part of his collection to the Natural Sciences Museum of Barcelona. With this donation, the conservation of the Zygaenidae is guaranteed, while their undoubted scientific interest has been the cause of their cataloging and documentation. A total of 5.563 specimens and around 200 species and subspecies of Zygaena are mentioned and some of the most faunal interest is highlighted. |
