| Sumario: | This work demonstrates that the development and implementation of a model of administrative and financial management in the Warehouse The Costeñita of Riobamba Chimborazo province, and its impact on the optimization of administrative processes and financial performance in the period April - December 2013. The first chapter provides the theoretical framework, it is hereby history of previous research, the scientific and theoretical basis; within the scientific foundation considers the epistemological foundation, axiological and didactic. In the second chapter has the methodology stated the research design, types, methods, techniques, instruments for data collection, population and shows that were studied, the procedures for the analysis and interpretation of results is made and to close this chapter the hypotheses. In the third chapter we have the alternative guidelines, the proposal that will develop a more effective work in the corridor; presentation, objectives, rationale, content, operation is contemplated. Defined in this study to establish the composition and to determine the diagnostic management comprehensively, we should not simply make a diagnosis to certain areas or parts that should have a global view of the enterprise. Compared to the established form of structure against the proposed model should be considered to reach the same success as when implementing the model of administrative management and financial if really affects the optimization of administrative processes and financial profitability . The fourth chapter is noted Exposition and discussion of results in the analysis and interpretation of results and testing two hypotheses is done. For it is considered the responses of surveys both customers and company personnel to determine the optimization of administrative processes and if the financial profitability increases. Finally in the fifth chapter Conclusions and Recommendations of the development model of administrative and financial management are developed also contains the bibliography and the research that supports; Annexes contain: the graduation project, the instruments used in gathering the information being these guide observation, interviews, surveys; and other basic documents in which this research was based. |
