Description
Summary:The objective of this research was to analyze the influence of training in teaching in the teaching-learning process of second-level students of the Higher Technological Institute Project 2000. To do this, two study groups made up of teachers and students. The statistical technique of factorial analysis was applied for the evaluation of the variables: personal development, social development, professional development, academic improvement, knowledge, and student according to the quantitative order of correlational level. The instrument applied to the teachers denoted a reliability of 94%, while the instrumental perception of the students showed a reliability of 71%. The findings revealed that teachers tend to seek their training in the areas of social, personal, and professional. While, the students assured that the training effects have been related to the social and professional area. Given this, the students mentioned that training influences various aspects of their preparation. However, it is ruled out that it has a direct influence on its performance, the survey and data collection were used, based on the Likert assessment scale, in the same way the SPSS V.27 Software allowed the analysis of the collected data. Finally, and given the result of null training, they perceived a 95% probability that the level of teacher training influences the improvement in the teaching and learning process.
