| Sumario: | The human being from the beginning of its existence has had the capacity to decide and to solve problems. Currently, humans are faced with the problem of seeking alternatives that allow you to perform your daily work activities in a safe manner, by means of the management of the risks to which it is exposed. Considering that the Occupational Health and Safety Management System allows for the identification, measurement, and implement procedures that seek to provide a safe working environment, allowing them a better development, where each one can fulfill the role of the right way, on time and without risks contributing to the achievement of the institutional objectives. In this way is the fundamental need to make the system of occupational health and safety in the company Steel Furniture Viteri of the city of Riobamba, to ensure a safe working environment. The purpose of this research topic is to implement a System of Occupational Safety and Health based on the Ecuadorian legislation, this system seeks to minimize the risks to which they are exposed workers, the system allows you to have a knowledge at the administrative level, technical, operative and human talent, for this starts with a manual that has the same instructional procedures and formats for records which are auditable and verifiable, and these enable you to comply with the Deming cycle. When you run this research topic is verifies that the occupational health and safety management system to improve the working conditions of the company, due to which it has total control of each of the activities and working conditions in which you are running the worker. |
