| Resumo: | Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Government of San Jacinto Good Faith, in his nineteen years of political emancipation, has aimed to progress, thanks to the fruitful work of the Mayor by Councilors, Public Servants and Personal Contract, addressing the needs of all sectors , showing quality and efficiency of institutional management. The present work aimed to evaluate the administrative / accounting and its impact on the performance of the Autonomous Decentralized Planning Municipal Government of San Jacinto in good faith, for the purpose of providing an operational proposal. The same research is based on analysis of complianceoriented Annual Plan and Operational Plan also check for 2012 (POA), which must define the activities and projects to be implemented. This study used survey techniques, interview, and observation of procedures, coordinated management levels, boss, administrative and operational support. The findings of the interviews were able to determine that it complies with the planning, coordination with certain deficiencies in some departments at the time of unscheduled requirements also identified the lack of an administrative procedures manual - accounting attached to the reality of the institution. In the survey of the servers in the accounting area states that administrative procedures are slow. This is due in part to the absence of availability of support systems department, and that the procedures take between departments. Also expressed the need for manual handling procedures to ensure proper procedures are developed in the state. |
