| Sumario: | In Brazil an actual discussion refers to the ossibilities of the effective construction of the democracy in the Brazilian society, in which is possible the active political participation of the citizens, not just in what concerns to the incorporation to the political system in its strict sense, but to its effective participation through public spaces of representation and negotiation. Hannah Arednt's work is retaked in this article because she works with subjects that make her current in the discussions about democracy deepening in Brazil, when she elaborates a theory of the politics including the need of public spaces creation, mediated by the law as a parameter. |
