| Resumo: | This research aims to identify the legal aspects that induce the public-private relationship in education in the municipality of Ananindeua, Pará. This qualitative, exploratory research was conducted through a literature review and document analysis of the legal framework for municipal education in Ananindeua-Pa, highlighting the logic of the privatization of education in its text. The research revealed the public-private relationship is not a recent phenomenon, but instead has been part of the history of education in Brazil for years, so its influence is also noticeable in texts of municipal legislation, such as in Municipal, where the private sector's participation is stimulated and the neoliberal logic of minimal State action for social issues and maximum for capital is evidente. |
