| Sumario: | Objective: To analyze the available literature on care in the context of maternal grief after perinatal loss. Methodology: The present study is an integrative review, which has the function of grouping, characterizing, analyzing and summarizing the best evidence present in published studies. To prepare the guiding question and choose the best descriptors, the PICO strategy was used, which resulted in the guiding question: What scientific evidence is available on grief care after perinatal death? Results: In this research, 3 articles were included after screening. It was found that publications in Brazilian literature were not included in the research, with all articles included being of foreign origin. Conclusion: Based on this research, it is possible to infer that studies on interventions in the face of perinatal grief are still very scarce and there is an urgent need to carry out robust studies to serve as a basis for future protocols and guides that help health professionals to manage in the best way the mourning of parents who lost their children in the perinatal period. |
