| Sumario: | The survival of micro and small enterprises (SME) is a subject of worldwide studies and research, because of the relevance in the economies of the countries, creating a lot of jobs. The objective of this research was to analyze the factors conditioning the continuity of these enterprises especially at the city of Bom Despacho / MG, according to the SEBRAE adapted evaluation model. The methodology was based on a quantitative method, using a quiz applied to company managers and non-participatory observation. The results indicate that the managerial skills of the members, the knowledge of the market where they operate, the use of equity capital and the reinvestment of profits are factors that determine the success of these small companies. |
