Descripción
Sumario:Sustainable innovation in the last mile of the supply chain is an emerging approach that seeks to balance operational efficiency, environmental responsibility and customer satisfaction. This field involves the implementation of practices and technologies aimed at reducing the environmental impact of final logistics operations and promoting the efficient delivery of products to consumers. This work aimed to identify, through a bibliographic review, alternatives proposed by the literature within the scope of this procedure, in the last part of customer service. The present study will adopt a qualitative, bibliographic and descriptive approach to investigate the impact of carbon emissions resulting from this stage of the logistics flow, and the opportunities related to sustainability. In addition to analyzing the existing processes and technologies used. This approach not only benefits the environment, but also allows companies to meet consumer demands for faster and more responsible deliveries, promoting a positive cycle of innovation and sustainability in the supply chain.
