Summary:A result of constant changes in organizational environment, enterprises have adopted multiple forms of actions and behaviors to fit in this new context and that can interfere positively in their competitive performance. In this perspective, the local production arrangements (APLs), constitute themselves as new formats organizational and represent a specific type of business networks, providing greater sustainability in the market, through the kind of behavior and relationships between the agents of APL. In order to provide greater understanding about these new organizational formats, through the types of behavior adopted, the objective of this article is to identify the behavior adopted by APL predominates Production of article clothing in state of Pernambuco - Brazil, by applying the Matriz ConFlex proposed by Pinto & Loiola ( 2007). This model can identify the behavior-pattern, as results of various types of combination of confidence and flexibility. The survey can be characterized as exploratory and descriptive, conducted as a case study, using techniques as a literature search and analysis documentary and is still characterized as a qualitative study, from the use of the technical the analysis of contents. Os obtained in carrying out the survey found that the sector of article clothing the APL Production of clothes in state of Pernambuco - Brazil presents top-level competition as predominant behavior, identified from the low level of confidence, which highlights possible resistance to building lasting relationships in the arrangement, and the low level of flexibility shown by a more reactive in the face of changes in the market.
