| Resumo: | This study seeks to propose a reflection on the educational process of Executive Secretarial professional, to identify the transformations occurred in the work's scope and its implications in a globalized context. To this end, we discuss issues related with the woman educational development, as well as presenting some aspects of women's work such as double shifts, different salaries by gender, professional qualification and mainly the given approach on work process in core countries, semi-peripherals and peripherals, affected by globalization. This work of bibliographical base presents as the main theoretical the Women studies and the Education addressed by Pimentel (1998), Valdéz & Gomariz, (1995); Women's Workforce Transcript in the Antunes vision(2000), Munhoz (2000) and, finally, Globalization and its effects discussed by the authors Hobsbawm (2000), Forrester (1997), among others. The study results indicate that the professional in the Executive Secretariat, despite all the prejudices and difficulties faced for decades, and especially the effects of globalization, have conquered their own spaces in the job market and is constantly looking for educational improvement in particular by means of higher courses, improving more and more, their professional qualification. |
