Sumario:This paper proposes a dialogue about the relationship between art and ecology through the analysis of works by two artists represented in the national scene: Tarsila do Amaral and Frans Krajcberg. Start the artistic and personal trajectory of each, examines the Manifestos Pau Brazil and Rio Negro, who founded the nationalist and naturalists conceptions both, to finally propose a dialogue and reflection through the works Manacá of Tarsila and Flower Mangue of Krajcberg.
