Sumario:In this paper we propose an interpretation of St. Thomas Aquinas’ texts about the human nature that defends a strong relationship between the act of the intellect and the act of the will. We will analyze some consequences of this interpretation that can be useful to clarify some aspects of the incontinent’s case. We defend that, even in that case, the link between the intellect and the will is maintained.
