| Sumario: | Considering the context of political dispute and the confrontation with LGBT subjects in education, this research aims to perform an analysis of the anti-gender crusade in the educational field. As of a post-structuralist theorization, anchored mainly in Michel Foucault and Judith Butler, it is argued that a neo-conservative motion based in an anti-feminist discourse was developed in Brazil to fight gender and sexuality topics in school curriculum. In conclusion, to carry out an analysis of neo-conservative discourses is essential for gender studies, since these narratives, based in moral panic strategies, has created support for educational laws as homeschoooling and militarized schools. |
